Short version: your documents, seal and signatures stay on your device. Only licence details go to Prygenix, plus what you choose to send (documents for others to sign, a company seal you share).
Last updated 14 October 2026. This notice covers the Prygenix Sign web app (sign.prygenix.com/app), the Windows app and Prygenix Sign Helper. The general Prygenix privacy policy covers our websites and orders.
When you use Send to others to sign, the PDF has to be available to the signers, so it is uploaded to Prygenix's server. It is stored encrypted (AES-256), only you and the signers you named can open it (signers confirm a one-time code sent to their e-mail), and it is deleted on the date you chose when sending: a number of days after everyone has signed, or a fixed date. Cancelling, or Delete files now, deletes it immediately. We keep the signing record (who signed, when, IP address and browser, the document's fingerprint) so the certificate can be explained later, but not the document itself.
For each signer we store their name, e-mail address, the signature image they adopted, the time they signed, their IP address and browser. Signers' data is processed on your behalf, as the sender.

Your certificate's private key never leaves the USB token. The Windows app and Prygenix Sign Helper ask the token to sign and receive only the signature. The helper accepts requests only from sign.prygenix.com and asks you before every signature.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of the licence and order data we hold about you, and to correct or erase it (we may keep order records as tax law requires). Data on your own device is under your control: deactivate your licence and clear the browser's site data or uninstall the Windows app to remove it.
