Sign quotations, purchase orders, agreements and letters in seconds — with your company seal, and optionally your Class 3 DSC. Everything happens on your own computer: documents are never uploaded anywhere.
No more printing, stamping and scanning back. Prepare the seal once, then sign each document in a minute.
Upload a scan or photo of your seal: the paper background is removed and the ink cleaned up automatically. No scan? Create a round seal with your company name and city.
Draw with a mouse or pen, type in a handwriting style, or upload a scan. Keep a second signatory or a "Received" stamp too.
Open a PDF, click to place, drag and resize. Quick layouts put a sign-and-seal block on the last page, initials or the seal on every page, or a half-seal across the page edges.
Optionally add a PAdES digital signature with your Class 3 DSC USB token and a trusted timestamp. Acrobat shows it as signed and flags any later change.
Add a closing page with who signed, when (India time by default), the document ID and the SHA-256 fingerprint of the original file. Optionally print the ID on every page.
Every signed PDF is logged. Drop in a copy someone sends back and Prygenix Sign tells you whether it is exactly the file you signed. Export the register to Excel (CSV).
Add your company seal, signature and initials, plus your name, designation, company and place. They are stored on this PC, encrypted for your Windows account.
Open the document, click the seal and signature to place them, drag them where they belong — or use a quick layout for every page.
Save the signed PDF, optionally with your DSC and a certificate page. The register keeps a record of what you signed and when.
Plug in your Class 3 DSC token (ePass, ProxKey, mToken and other tokens whose driver puts the certificate in Windows), tick "Also sign with my DSC", choose the certificate and enter the token PIN.
A PAdES digital signature (SHA-256) with your certificate chain and an optional trusted timestamp. Adobe Acrobat lists it in the Signatures panel and warns if anyone edits the file afterwards.
The seal and handwritten signature are what people see; the DSC is what proves it. Use both for tenders, contracts and documents your clients verify, or just the seal for everyday paperwork.

No. PDFs are opened, signed and saved on your computer. The app only goes online to activate and check your licence, and, if you tick "Trusted timestamp", to send a fingerprint of the signature (not the document) to DigiCert's timestamp service.
Electronic records and signatures are recognised under India's Information Technology Act, 2000, and a signed PDF with your seal is widely used for quotations, purchase orders, NDAs and service agreements. Where a certified signature is required (for example many tenders and government filings), add your Class 3 DSC. Some documents, such as wills, powers of attorney and property transfers, cannot be signed electronically. When in doubt, ask your legal adviser.
Any signing certificate that appears in Windows (certmgr.msc → Personal → Certificates) once the token's driver is installed, for example ePass2003, ProxKey, mToken and Watchdata tokens from the licensed certifying authorities.
You can still open the app, view your register and verify documents. Saving new signed documents needs a renewed licence; your seal, signatures and register are kept.
Yes. Click Licence → Deactivate on the old computer (or uninstall it), then activate the same key on the new one. Use Seal & signatures → Export backup to take your seal and register along.
